The Log: Week 8
Run 1 - Sun 25th July
Lisa decided to bite the bullet and run mostly on solid ground today so we took my usual morning route but in reverse. Not a bad effort.
Run 2 - Sat 31st July
We upped our game a bit and decided to take a near 5k route around Barrhead to start to get a grip on the distance. It felt really good for a first try and with the race just over a month away it was needed.
